Prevent bloating before your wedding day

Your big day is just two weeks away and your crazy schedule at work and at home and the fact that you are eating poorly and all stressed out it suddenly occurs to you? Stress robs your body of essential vitamins, plus you're probably not eating as healthy as you should. Vitamin B is especially good to do when you are under stress, or bloating.
